My piece(s) arrived damaged, what do I do?

If your piece arrives damaged, please send photos of the damaged piece to Shar@highvibrationsbysharschmidt.com with "Damaged during transit" in the subject line. A replacement piece will be sent to you at no shipping cost. Please allow 7-14 business days for your replacement to be sent to you.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

All pieces are estimated to take 7-21 business days to create as all pieces are made by hand at the time of your order. Business days are considered Monday - Friday, 10AM - 6PM PST. My turnaround time is only an estimation, never a guarantee due to the unforeseen intake of orders at any given time of day, supplier delays, USPS delays, etc. As a cancer patient, there will inevitably be some days I feel like poop. I don't want to transfer any of those poopy vibes onto your pieces, or try to create when my hands just don't want to work properly. I want your piece to be the best quality with the highest vibes, so I always allow myself the space to do so. Each piece is truly handmade by me & take a lot of time to perfect.

 

What is your refund policy? I changed my mind & don't want my pieces any longer.

Due to the personal handmade nature of each piece, I don't accept returns or give refunds. The piece(s) you receive is made for you specifically. If there is a problem with what you ordered, please reach out to me via email, chat, or DM on social media & we can discuss what your other options are.
